Independence

Schrödinger is a memetic brand. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or a successor to any exchange, broker, custodian, index provider or listed issuer named anywhere on this site. Ticker symbols and company names are used to identify the listed registrant an instrument references, and for no other purpose.

Custody

Shares underlying a TICKERx token are held fully paid by a third-party custodian for a regulated vehicle. The observation posted on-chain is the custodian's statement of settled shares. It is a representation about off-chain property, and it carries every risk that entails.

The launchpad

Bonding curves on this site are permissionless. Anyone can create one, the text and images on a curve are supplied by its creator, and none of it is reviewed, endorsed or verified by us. Assume a token you did not create is worth nothing.

Software

The contracts are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. They have not been audited by an independent firm. Interacting with them can lose you everything you put in.
